PUMP ROOM
Our workshop is clean, orderly and spacious. It is divided into separate sections, each section undertaking repairs on a different fuel system. Each section has a team of technicians, specialized tooling and the latest test benches.

INJECTOR ROOM
Our injector repair section is divided into 3 separate areas- Bosch unit injector repair, HEUI, MEUI and EUI injector repair, and common rail injector repair.
Each section has dedicated test benches and specialized tooling. Our Bosch common rail section has 3 test benches, an EPS815, EPS708, Sabre CRI Expert AVM, Carbon Zapp, Toledo HEUI and an DC1700 test bench. Our team of technicians are factory trained and all Bosch injectors are repaired using our Stage 3 special tooling. We are equipped to repair all Bosch common rail injector and pump types.
This includes the following: Bosch common rail pump types CP1, CP2, CP3, and CP4 Bosch Piezo injectors Delphi common rail injector repair and coding.

We have a small engineering shop that undertakes light engineering jobs. We make every effort to keep all work in-house. This helps us keep our standards high and our customer downtime to a minimum

We have a small fleet of vehicles that collect and deliver in the greater Gauteng area. Our reps are also available for collection and delivery in the event of an emergency.
