Our Caterpillar Injector Repair program is extensive and covers most of the latest systems. Each injector is stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, rebuilt to a predetermined specification with new components test procedure. We keep exchange units of many popular applications. Our repair coverage extends to the systems:

• Complete fuel injection system reconditioning, including replacement of worn components, precision calibration, and electronic fuel tuning with trim file generation for optimal performance.

• We offer detailed failure reports which includes the complete disassembly of the entire system, visual analysis using precision borescope inspection and microscopes. By combining this with oil and fuel sample reports as well as the engines history and ecm log files we are able to reach a precise conclusion.

• We offer reflashing of ECM controllers.
